About No Men:
Loud, bitter noise rock birthed in Austin, TX by ex-Ringo Deathstarr
drummer/vocalist Pursley, guitarist DB, drummer Doyle and bassists
Andy and Andrew. The songwriting pair of DB and Pursley relocated to
Chicago in late 2015 and joined forces with lifelong Chicagoan
drummer Eric Hofmeister to complete the present trio.
No Men can be described as queer, femme-fronted, the androgynous
opposite of "yes men", and anti-everything. Equal parts 69, 420,
and 666. Bass VI, dueling vocals, dual drums. No "guitar rock"
allowed.
"Needed" cassette available through Young Cubs, upcoming full length
LP "Dear God Bring The Doom" to be released on tape through Gezellig
Records (GZR-006) October 8th, 2016 for Cassette Store Day.
